At LightBurn Software, we offer a 30-day trial period to ensure our software meets your needs before purchase; however, once a license key is activated, it is generally non-refundable. If you have not yet activated your license or have purchased physical goods, we provide a streamlined process for returns and adjustments.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your software license has not been activated or that your physical hardware is within the 30-day return window in its original packaging.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or digital cancellation.
Deactivate License
For digital returns, you must follow the deactivation prompts within the LightBurn software to release the license key from your hardware.
Receive Refund
Once your return is processed or the license is verified as inactive, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
